Who am I

Hi, I’m Darren.

I am Personal Trainer with nearly a decade of experience, a Level 4
Intrinsic Biomechanics Coach, and a Level 4 Sports Massage Therapist.

My mission is simple: to help you move better, feel stronger, and live
pain-free.

My journey into fitness began after a career in the automotive industry,
where years of physical strain left me with a severely compromised back and diagnosed with the spine of a 60-year-old while I was still in my 30’s. Forced to step away from the active lifestyle I loved, I
experienced first hand how debilitating pain and inactivity can be. That
experience shaped my purpose. I retrained as a Personal Trainer to help others overcome similar challenges. Shortly after qualifying, I was
mentored by elite Performance Coach Rob Coles, whose guidance inspired me to specialise in biomechanics to focus on movement quality and injury prevention for both everyday clients and athletes.

Today, I run a dedicated clinic which offers the following:

         * Consultations for injuries or discomfort & Biomechanical        Assessments
        * Sports Massage Therapy
        * Rehabilitation & Personal Training

I operate from a fully equipped gym, enabling me to guide clients
through every phase of their recovery and performance journey with
comprehensive support. My approach is rooted in identifying the true
cause of discomfort, not just treating symptoms. Whether you're
recovering from injury, managing chronic pain, or looking to improve
athletic performance, I’m here to help you move with confidence and
ease.
