decade of experience and advanced qualifications in biomechanics and
sports massage, I offer personal training that’s focused, effective,
and built around you.

I provide personalised training that combines functional movement,
strength work, and mobility techniques, all of which is designed to help
you move better and feel stronger.

Sessions are available in a fully equipped gym, with optional support
through sports massage and biomechanics coaching to complement your
training.

 

Darren is a great PT with vast knowledge in the area. He has helped me personally with strength training, targeting key muscles and always puts together plans which are not boring, and also changing them up as and when needed.

He takes into consideration any previous injuries or exercises which could cause you problems, and always looks to ensure you are in a safe environment.
